1) Acceptance

Use of kdara.com constitutes agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Accounts

Keep your credentials private; you’re responsible for your account activity. Let us know right away about unauthorized use.

3) Products, Pricing & Availability

All products are small‑batch; quantities may be limited. Prices may change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (you’ll be refunded if that happens).

4) HAUS Subscription (Auto‑Renew Notice)

• Membership: Your HAUS order auto‑renews on the cadence you choose (1, 2, or 3 months) until you cancel.

• Member price: displayed as HAUS price (no % shown).

• Reminders: We’ll send an email/SMS reminder 3–5 days before renewal with a one‑tap link to skip/swap/pause.

• How to cancel: at any time via your account portal or by texting STOP HAUS or emailing Haus@kdara.com. Cancellations apply to future charges.

• Address/Payment changes: update before the renewal date to avoid delays.

5) Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders ship from California. Risk of loss transfers on carrier delivery scan.

6) Returns

Due to the nature of plant‑based products, all sales are final. If something isn’t right, text or email us — we’ll do our best to make it right.

7) SMS Terms

8) Intellectual Property

All text, images, branding, and formulations are K’DARA property or used with permission. No copying or derivative use without written consent.

By submitting reviews, photos, or tagging us, you grant K’DARA a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display the content (with attribution where feasible). You represent you have the rights to share it and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights.

We link to partners and resources; we’re not responsible for their content or policies. Affiliate links may earn a commission; we’ll disclose where applicable.

11) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Products are crafted with care; results vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, K’DARA isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability won’t exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by California and Texas law. Venue lies in state or federal courts in those states.
