Before heading out this morning, I reached for my signature pairing. I’m entering my clean ingredient era, paying closer attention to what’s in my moisturizers and getting very particular about how they feel. If you’re a fellow texture snob, you understand. Here’s what my pairing smells like, feels like, and why I keep reaching for it.

Warm. Earthy. Layered.
This is the one that grounds. Think sun-warmed wood, a soft richness, and depth that draws you a little closer.
It reminds me of coming in from the beach to a beautiful space: warm wood, linen, late-afternoon light. Relaxed, with a little richness to it. The kind of scent you keep bringing your arm back up to smell.

Fellow texture snobs, this one is for us. Lightweight and non-greasy. My everyday lotion replacement, and the one I keep reaching for.

This is the one that lifts. Herbal tea meets a subtle jasmine impression, with a freshness that makes me think of walking into a luxury hotel lobby.
You know that moment when you walk into a beautiful space and immediately wonder what smells so good? Fresh flowers, soft light, everything thoughtfully chosen. That’s the feeling. Around the Haus, we call it the hotel lobby scent.

Seven plants. The lightest-feeling moisturizer I’ve tried for my face and neck. For my fellow sensory and texture lovers, this one absorbs right into my skin.

Back in the studio, we get a little closer to Lizzie’s routine. She’s a texture lover, paying attention to the ingredients she chooses, the scents she reaches for, and how a moisturizer feels as she applies it.
